Beide Modelle haben unterschiedliche Betriebsnummern. Das Modell der E 645.066 ist motorisiert, die andere Maschine hat die Betriebsnummer E 645.035. und ist nur ein motorloser Dummy.

Motor mit Schwungmasse. Antrieb auf alle sechs Achsen, zwei Haftreifen. Schnittstelle nach NEM 652 zur Aufnahme eines Decoders. Drelicht-Spitzensignal weiß/rot mit Fahrtrichtung wechselnd.
Wahlweise Betrieb aus der Oberleitung.
